EBS SpeakBack은 EBS Easy English 같은 라디오·앱·PDF 수업이 끝난 뒤, 배운 표현을 짧게 입으로 한 번 더 연습하도록 돕는 Telegram 봇입니다. EBS 선생님을 대신하지 않고, 수업 후 말하기 연습 공백만 채웁니다. EBS SpeakBack is a Telegram bot that helps Korean learners practise one English sentence out loud after each EBS lesson. It does not replace the EBS instructor — it fills the speaking-practice gap between broadcasts and sends the learner back to EBS.

왜 이 베타가 보고 있는 것 What this beta is testing

복잡한 앱이 아니라 다음 관계 루프가 실제로 설득력 있는지 확인하는 것이 목적입니다. This pilot is not testing a feature set. It is testing whether the following loop feels useful and trustworthy:

  1. EBS 수업을 듣는다. A learner listens to an EBS lesson.
  2. SpeakBack에서 한 문장 말해본다. They speak one sentence in SpeakBack.
  3. 짧은 피드백과 예시 음성을 받는다. They receive short feedback plus a model voice clip.
  4. 다시 EBS 수업으로 돌아간다. They are sent back to EBS for replay or the next lesson.

5분 안에 시도해보기 5-minute test path

  1. 위의 Telegram 링크를 누르고 /start를 입력합니다. Tap the Telegram link above and send /start.
  2. 한국어 준비 질문 6개에 한 줄씩 답합니다 (이름, 영어 수준, EBS 프로그램, 목표, 교정 스타일, 한·영 비율). Answer the six Korean onboarding questions (name, level, EBS programme, goal, correction style, KO/EN balance).
  3. /today를 입력해 오늘의 데모 카드를 받습니다. Send /today for the demo Broadcast Echo card.
  4. Telegram 마이크 버튼으로 짧은 영어 문장 하나를 녹음합니다 (예: I dread crowded parks.). Use the Telegram mic to record one short English sentence (e.g. I dread crowded parks.).
  5. 텍스트 피드백 → AI 음성 안내 → 천천히 음성 → 자연스러운 음성 → EBS return 안내가 차례로 옵니다. You receive text feedback → an AI-audio disclosure → a slow voice clip → a natural voice clip → an EBS return prompt, in that order.

삭제하려면 봇에 /forget_me → /forget_me_yes를 차례로 보냅니다. 두 번째 명령이 처리되는 즉시 모든 기록이 사라집니다. To delete everything, send /forget_me then /forget_me_yes. All records are removed the moment the second command lands.

음성 피드백은 어떻게 보이나요? What does voice feedback look like?

음성 메시지를 보내면 SpeakBack은 텍스트 피드백을 먼저 보냅니다. 그 뒤 짧은 한국어 disclosure가 나오고, 이어서 두 개의 AI 예시 음성이 전송됩니다 — 먼저 천천히 말한 클립(따라 말하기 연습용), 그 다음 자연스러운 속도의 클립. 마지막에 EBS return 안내가 옵니다. After your voice note, SpeakBack first sends text feedback. Then a short Korean disclosure appears, followed by two AI voice clips — first a slow clip for shadowing, then a natural-pace clip. The session closes with an EBS return prompt.

기술적인 문제로 천천히 말한 클립이 만들어지지 않으면 자연스러운 속도의 클립만 전송되고 disclosure 문구가 자동으로 바뀝니다. disclosure는 어떤 경우에도 모델 음성보다 먼저 도착합니다. If the slow clip cannot be generated, only the natural clip is sent and the disclosure wording adapts. The disclosure always arrives before any model audio.

알려진 한계 Known limits
  • 실제 EBS 로그인, PDF 자동 불러오기, 앱 딥링크는 아직 없습니다.No EBS login, PDF auto-fetch, or deep links yet.
  • /today·/lesson은 수동으로 만든 데모 카드입니다./today and /lesson use a manually curated demo set, not live EBS episodes.
  • 정식 발음 점수나 등급은 없습니다.No formal pronunciation scoring.
  • 관리자 대시보드는 없습니다.No admin dashboard.
  • 현재는 1:1 Telegram 대화만 지원합니다.1:1 Telegram chats only.
